Cinnamon Applesauce Ornaments
1 Cup Applesauce
1 Cup Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Other Spice of your choice (Optional)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix ingredients well. Form dough into a ball. If it’s too sticky add a little more Cinnamon. Flour your work surface with Cinnamon and roll dough out to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut to desired shapes. Use a skewer or tooth pick to make the holes for hanging. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until they are rock hard. Enjoy the wonderful smell as it’s baking. Let cool then add string or ribbon and enjoy.
